The Bottom Poem by Saul Palti

The Bottom

From birth to finish the lease is less know off
better or worse worshipping clouds of may
take cash or cards to hold dead the pay-off
some hunt or be hunted the eager prey

I guess the west takes some drawl to fire sight
of what you see and acquire to be
some pockets just grow deep and are moonlight
while others taste and require scents sea

suppose for just a second of time
this magic you hold dear so fortunate
where late and twisted fate surly does chime
so what if this means importunate

we are holding on for a quick release
this can deliver hole hearted appease
a simple trade of deathless altarpiece
grow large and feel my bones from war and peace

to fall in love with the animals hold
a heart captured and sank down in the belly
where we grow and die and become dark mould
sucking the breast milk like apple jelly

true love is required for hate or lust
bleed on sunken ships too late his mists smoke
another run away has been trapped thrust
tranquillity sums up to heavens toke

killing me was easy and born to light
upon a seahorse who holds true beauty
at darknesses latency her stolen night
so we can hold dear the treasured booty
