The Bowl Poem by Seyi Akin

The Bowl

Rating: 5.0

This bowl is no longer mine,
Let her go,
It has been used and would always be by others.
My recovery, the bowl is cheap,
Twas sold for free.
Who is next?
A thousand many had her,
Before my ill informed voyage
This bowl is addicted to many
Incurable addiction
The friends,
The internet,
The phone,
The TV
The cinema
And tattling,
The routines of unending flights
Incorrigible,
Venomous
Take this bowl if you would
No longer mine
Once a street bowl
As always so
Find the bowl in your homes
Will the bowl recover?
