The Captivated Soul Sings (Dedicated To Karen T.) 11/22/10

Bearing the very seconds
Which beckons
The very remedy
Sung as a melody
I walked on by
Dazed by the very fact
It made me mesmerized

Clinging to my quivering ears
Closing my heavy eyes
The very captivation
Bore me waking
To the dancing notes
In this beloved air

Had I not
Wondered
Who sang this song?
Had I not
Sought the very one
Who made me strong?
If not,
Then,
It will break my very lonesome heart
This fragile part
Right just then and there

It’s just like
The rain in the sky
Making love in the air
Producing
A bow full of colors

It’s just like
A night full of dreams
Shooting afar
Making life not as it seems

It’s just like
A day full of fireflies
Making all of this
But a fairytale comes true

For
That is The Song
Wrung all about
Sung without a doubt
Taking the precious hour
Bearing the music’s power
Wrapped it all around
Until it hugged
Until it grasped
My lonesome heart

I
Took it out
I
Gave it up
Signed my soul
Retired it back
Into your blessed hands
Trusting
Just Wishing
Just Hoping
If
I could just see
If
I could just hear
Your song
Your true name once again

For it healed
Another scar
For it broke
Another barrier
Falling
Deeper and deeper
In love with you
