The Carnival Poem by A Dark Lifetime ...

The Carnival

As I pass by empty memories
The children are screaming of hugs and a kiss
They are spinning round and round
Nobody will hit the ground

They are playing they are smiling
I am crying I am falling
I look into the eyes of the ones I care
They are turned away my dear

Nothing will be like before
I have nothing left worth fighting for
I want them back in my life
Accept me as your wife

But no, no
The children are spinning round and round
I just have to let it go
Forsaken, fragile, just hit the ground

SMASH! !

The pieces of my skin flying
Glass so fragile its burning
His eyes who once adored me..
Hates me...
