The Dark Sky And The Caressing Wind - Poem by RIC BASTASA

making love with you
isn't easy, she says, looking
down at the grassy alley
where no one passes that often
she looks at the sky
seeing neither moon nor stars

the sky is so dark
but for her the wind is too caressing
and comforting
the death of her one and only
love.
