The Day I Went To The Beach Poem by lee sharon

It was another day,
I went to the beach,
there I could feel the wind breeze right through me,
not many people were there,
I sat on the golden sand,
that was very fine on this land,
I look out at the blue sea,
it was shining,
sparkling pretty,
then I saw dolphins that were jumping in and out of the water,
they were smiling happily at me,
I smile back,
I lay my head on the sand,
taking me into a sweet dream...
