The Desire Of Love. Poem by Rajnish Rajan

The Desire Of Love.

Hard to see your tears flow,
Your heart's bustle, ebb and flow.
Rarely is an ordinary fate mine,
Where I may rest and recline.

Vibrant wings your heartbeats wear,
As soulful sparks ignite the air.
When love's ritual reached its deep,
A destiny of devotion, I now keep.

Deep and rare is this union's grace,
A burning story, your life's embrace.
The hues of love are spreading wide,
For years, a thirsty heart lived inside

May flowers bloom, and gardens glow,
In your eyes, the whole world show.
Bitter to see your tears fall so,
May fate now weave a world to know.

May the beloved meet as Holi is near,
Colors and gulal, I fly in the air.
Upon your cheeks, so silky and fine,
I'll dance as a color, with grace divine.
