The Devil
I saw the devil in the flesh
He taught me to love
But he does not love
He taught me to feel
But he does not feel
He taught me to run away from death
But he follows it
He taught me to see the truth
But he lies
Then the devil took away that knowledge
And watched as my life fell apart
Inside me a part of him stayed
Always saving me
while I'm on the edge
The devil picks me up when I fall
Just to watch me fall again
But I love him
