The Devil's Lies Poem by Randy McClave

The Devil's Lies

Whenever the Devil does troll
Whenever he is looking to take control,
Remember, his number one goal
It is to destroy the very soul.
The Devil whispers in the unbelievers ear
Untruths that they are begging and wanting to hear,
Then they are full of hate and also fear
Judgement and anger then does appear.
Lies is not a Christian thing to do or say
We are taught to speak truths and to pray,
When we hear a lie, we turn the other way
Because, Jesus our Lord will judge us all one day.
Lies are not at all truthful facts
They are all just very sinful acts,
The sinful and the naive and gullible it attracts
In which gossip and rumors and hate it enacts.
The Devil created all lies
Which is also hate and vengeance in disguise,
Rumors and gossip is his greatest prize
Believing and spreading them, is how faith dies.
