The Dragon Queen Poem by DAVID GERARDINO

The Dragon Queen

Rating: 5.0

THE dragon queen puts the king to bed,
then swallows her magic pills, she cooks
her beans, then watches tv, then goes out
side for a walk,

can they fix this love,
can they make it work,
can they make it fit like
a glove,
can they turn back time,
like riding a bike, and turn
this sadness into love, ,

THE dragon queen finds the king,
with a bottle of white wine, and roses,
and in his eyes, sweet love,
and in his hands, sweet love,
and in his arms, the love she married..
