The End Of The Road - Poem by Phillip Robertson

now's the time i leave this place
leave the wonder that was my home
with it's turqoise lakes
and it's pure green trees
it astounded me in so many ways
my life here was so full of love and happinesss
and yet i feel that life was just too short in this place
just not enough time to really see what was really there
just not enough time
for i'm at the end of the road
and here's my stop
