The Esteemed Persons Will Not Get Angry Due To Distress!
When some people who are not equal to the persons with esteem,
Considering themselves as equal, said the irresponsible words,
The esteemed persons will not get angry with them due to distress!
But, the people of lower mentality considering such words repeatedly
in mind will be telling to everyone here and there in that place to listen,
hence forth with increasing anger, reverberating physically will go
and hit themselves against the stony pillar in vain!
This poem 'The esteemed persons will not get angry due to distress! ' is a translation by me of a poem from Tamil literature 'naalatiyaar'
நேரிசை வெண்பா
நேர்த்து நிகரல்லார் நீரல்ல சொல்லியக்கால்
வேர்த்து வெகுளார் விழுமியோர் - ஓர்த்ததனை
உள்ளத்தான் உள்ளி உரைத்துராய் ஊர்கேட்பத்
துள்ளித்தூண் முட்டுமாம் கீழ்.64
