The Ever Fixed Point
where love is a fixed point
upon which we reach and pause
and strangle the given moment
to rekindle interest and cause
what rightly burns will burn right through
hand in hand we rise to the pyre
to burn for to burn all and all
then to drag into a duller [longer lived]fire
