It's the fairies treasure day
So lets go there right away
I really hope there'll be lights
As shiny as stars that will shine so bright.
The fairies smell like flowers
And they also have wonderful powers
I hope I'll see their king
And trees that can sing.
I think there'l be cake
The delicious dandy ones that fairies bake
Wouldn't it be grand
To visit Fairy Land?

I like the delicate, fairylike quality of what you i write. And I would like to go where the trees sing too! What a happy image. How wonderful to make poems where people can go and see things that are fantastically beautiful, the power of poetry and in each poet completely different. Dandy cakes too. Such a rarely used but perfect word. Dandy cakes have got to taste richer than cakes that do not have that adjective in front of them. Just delightful, Lianah, Thank You! Mary Angela Douglas
