The Fallen Poem by Samantha Jenks

The Fallen

Will you follow the invocation of the fallen?
Watching all the motions you go through
All I know to do is shed a tear for you
Suit with your Stepford faction
Shine your porcelain facade
Just repent, you’ll be forgiven today
Go repent, and sell your soul away
Have you seen the world thru my eyes
The downfall of mankind
Have you taken the time to think
They’re something’s a cross won’t fix
Have you taken the time to see
The fallacy you live and breathe
Love your perfectly pretentious precious little world
Just dive into the chaos
Plunge into the chaos
Devil make way
Here comes an angel fallen from grace.
It’s a revelation the decimation of what once was
Lost all shred of humanity in the blurring of reality
A touch of destiny revealed your hypocrisy
You’re as authentic as the lies you taste
