The Falling Goes On

As churches lose their sheep each day
As chapels close their door
God’s word forewarns, a falling away
Salvation would endure

Church prophecy the world can see
By eating Darwin’s bread
Famine and drought has come to be
Amassing starving dead

Dead to God’s word to Heaven’s path
Alive; to self-desire
To face one day the coming wrath
In hell’s eternal fire

Heed love’s forewarning’s filled with grace
Drink grace as morning dew
Even the worst may see his face
By being born anew

Born of God’s Spirit, through Jesus blood
God’s living Word on high
Repent to walk The Way we should
Living, no more to die

With Heaven’s Promise deep inside
Counselling day and night
Truly, life’s wisdom will abide
Flooding one’s soul with Light

Few today, will heed God’s warning
Countless will fail and fall
Until the youngest day’s dawning
When judgements makes its call

While faith declines while darkness looms
Meet Jesus, face to face
Fall not victim, as falling booms
Reserve for life, a place…..
