Fluttering her wings
Crossing the bars
There she was in every hour
Spreading them all
Searching for a bit
She came and sat on my porch
Some in search of shelter
Some lost on the way
She came and sat on my porch
Her feathery, fluffy and the colourful hue
Made me wonder and I had the contemplative view
Wish I could fly
And travel the miles
Leaving all the myths aside
Breaching the bondage behind
In the search of self
In the search of freedom
To explore the world
For the wanderlust in me
Wish I could fly
And travel the miles
Her drenched wings
And the soaked feet
The joy of freedom with every fleet
The sense of being on her own
With the dewdrops or sun shone
Leaving worldly grudges
And all those nudges
She flew on her own
Spreading the colours and the hues
After chirping and tweeting, on my porch
