The First Cut

Emotions push, emotions pull
I walk up this road, only to end up downed
Humans live a life of desire
Only to stumble on the path of despair

Why must I be born inferior
Why am I on two feet
Homosapien is what they say I am
Kemanie is supposedly my name

Inferior, I walk around without
Heart and soul lost, replaced with doubt
Two feet instead of four
I find myself on the floor

Crawling and begging for my life
I cut myself only to be left behind
Filled with nothing, faced with strife
I grab something, feels like a knife
And cut
