The First Long Rainy Night
it is the first long rainy night tonight.
now i can sleep
satisfied about its own explanation
whey the day
had been so, so hot.
i turn the air conditioner off
and listen to the most real poem of nature
the first long rainy night tonight.
the sound of rain on my roof.
the sound of water dripping
on the side of the house
that feeling of being hard and wet
beside her.
