The Flowers Song Poem by Chinedum Johnson

The Flowers Song

Rating: 5.0

Pluck of my fragrance to your nose,
It is the very pulse of your heart.
The colors of my bloom are the warmth of your heart.

My petals, the testament of desire met - your hands and feet unbound.
And your senses lifted in the sun.
And these fair blooms amidst the murmuring thorns are
the honest protests of your heart
Sighing into the sun.

It evokes a sense of longing, sensuality, and emotional intensity. The flowers become a metaphor for the poet's feelings, and their honest protests symbolize the depth of their emotions.
