The Forest Has Eyes

Walking through the forest
Looking at the sky
I notice how blue it is
And I notice the forest has eyes.

Walking this untrodden path
The eyes I can see
I can’t help but wonder
What will happen to me?

No one around to help me
Though I go further into the wood
The eyes are getting closer
I would run, if I could

The eyes are all around me
I can hide nothing from them
The eyes they know my secrets
I will wander my path weary of them.
