The Girls Poem Poem by Drew Fisher

The Girls Poem

A man walked the streets one day
When he found a paper on the ground

The words he read had a magic effect
Turning his frown upside down

He passed it on to his friends
Who passed it on to theirs

It finally reached a little girl
By a river made of sorrow

As she read her poem her smile returned
As she saw the town around
