The Glass And The Paper - Poem by PINAR DOGU
Out of there…. Back in ocean
I lost my play cards
What if I come with you?
I might have broken my heart
If I had decided to love you
And glass, in your heart, will be broken too
It could give me a pain
Even not cut my paper
Yes I was strengthen to cut
But you made me to keep it away from words
So strange to say, but all my word, I confess
Is you, a dozen of pieces I've taken from the ground
But never neglected to dig the empty
Yes we dig an empty without knowing it
- That's what we're living for-
While we're falling into eachother's heart
- That's why I believe in your hands
When you touch me!
Just as, each word remains in the paper
But will be disappeared with one breathe
On the glass!
The flower can begin, yes I assumpt this,
To show my darkness without committing suicide
Everything is being held in my side
Please, water my memories
Unless they turn to the glass!
