It is said to be the grammatical treatise on prosody!

It is so sweet and beautiful while counting by the age
of sweet sixteen and seventeen, a danger of being
deceived and slipping; the beauty and the age attract
the poet who composes! - the graceful damsel!

So to say, the grammatical treatise on prosody and
a teenage graceful damsel are one and the same!
