The Grand Designers Poem by Kevin Patrick

We are creators and discoverers
the dreamers that seed reality
we dare to defy the universe
with our minds from which we imagine
to build on tiers of many worlds
from which we are casts to explore
down oceans depths, or deserts steps
or beyond the distant stars long shores
if the roads not made we will make it
to mark the paths from which we'll roam


Out of nothing we make music
of immeasurable melody
the sweet words we weave leave echoes
down times languid ancient fathoms
as the hand of science triumphs
in decoding this world we dwell
while the hand of art lays valiant
in unlocking the doors of ourselves
we are natures grand designers
the dreamers casts in eternities spell
