Being with you makes me feel like i can touch the sky
you showed me that dreams do come true
my one wish i wished for before i die
was the day that i found you
that day i found my other half
i found a real friend
you made me do something i haven't done in years, you made me laugh
that day i knew, you where the one i wanted to be with until the end
months have gone by and you continue to make me smile
you have made me unafraid
you made my time left worthwhile
but no longer can the time be delayed
i can feel it taking over
I'm afraid the time is near
my body's getting weaker
all i ask is for you to be here
just take my hand and hold it tight
as i go i want you to be the last i see
everything will be alright
because I'm leaving with the greatest gift
