The Greatest Loss Poem by Satish Verma

The Greatest Loss

No, I will not go
and come, living in your
eyes O God, men are dying daily.

For you, or for the
sake of becoming ash, after
aversion or antipathy. Would you love a day?

I become lonely
after betrayal or last love. But I would
share your suffering in hope of sunlight.
