The greatest poet in my life
Is very special to me
She's always helped me with my strife
And tried hard to make me happy.
She is an angel in my eyes
Always with a definite style
The one who makes me apple pies
Just to see me smile.
She's the one who taught me how
To read and write and inspire
With her poems that I read now
I write my own, using hers as fuel for fire.
I care for her very much
Because she's always by my side
She always has a loving touch
And she helps me with my pride.
Looking at her, you might not know it
But her poems are the bomb
In my opinion the greatest poet
Will always be my mom.
