The Ha - The Breath Of Life Poem by Lennox Jones

The Ha - The Breath Of Life

To the trees that allow us to breathe
The sunlight that allows us to live
The darkness that allows us to rejuvenate and grow
Snow and ice warmed by the sun, no longer freezing
Water, life and so it goes
Blade of grass so simple, blunt green, sharp
To all the plants that blossom, seed and give birth to love that's new and old
Stillness surrounded by space, allowing in its essence to be just as it is
New meets old, hate meets love, anger meets love, worry meets love, judgement meets love
Fear meets love, love meets love
Nightclubs, fun searching,

The chaos theory - if a butterfly can cause a change in the weather in North America from the mountains in Peru imagine what the inhale and exhale of the breath can do?
