The Hero Of The Glasgow Irish
Here’s to James Kelly
Renton born and bred
The hero to the Glasgow Irish
On the pitch of old Parkhead,
A leader and gifted footballer
A professional on the field of play
That brought success to the Celtic
That the Glasgow Irish craved.
Alongside Maley and McCallum
He lived every Irishman's dream,
To play for the famous Celtic;
Glasgow's Irish team.
