The Highway Poem by Melissa Cutler

The Highway

I am so busy, distracted
I feel like there is a highway running in my veins
18 wheelers, garbage trucks, sickening my every move
but then there are convertibles, sport cars, helping my every move
the highway never ends, as long as I never do
