The Humble Heart's Quest Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

The Humble Heart's Quest

Look within, a gentle quest,
To find the shadows in your breast.
The grumpy thoughts, the hurtful way,
You face them now, and greet the day.

With open eyes, you start to see,
A clearer path for you and me.
New actions bloom, a kinder grace,
To light the dark in every place.

A humble heart begins to grow,
Ready for the seeds to sow.
Then help descends, a gentle hand,
To guide you through this shifting land.

Old ways that failed, you let them go,
A newer life begins to flow.
It works for you, in sun or rain,
A steady peace, you will obtain.
