The illusioned soul,
Consumed by the fires of Hell,
Wanders through life,
Never finding rest,
Nor the clarity to awaken
To the light of truth.
He is trapped in the shadows,
On the wrong side of himself,
Fighting battles he cannot see,
While his soul burns in silence.
His mind a ticking time bomb,
A fuse ready to spark,
Each thought an explosion,
Each impulse a violent burst,
Until his world shatters
Into a thousand fragments
Of fleeting sanity—
A mind broken in the dark of night.
In the quiet aftermath,
He gathers the pieces,
Reassembling them with trembling hands,
Fitting together the fractured thoughts
Into the illusion of a sane man—
The person he was yesterday,
The person he believes himself to be.
But the cracks remain,
Invisible yet deep,
And the routine begins anew.
Day by day,
He walks the same path,
A cycle of destruction and repair,
Of brokenness and false restoration.
With each passing moment,
The bomb inside him ticks louder,
The fuse burning faster,
Until, one day,
He will not have the strength
To rebuild himself.
The explosion will be final,
And he will die,
Consumed by the very bombs he built.
Such is the fate
Of the illusioned soul,
Caught in the endless loop
Of self-doubt and destruction,
Unable to see the truth
That lies beyond his own shattered mind.
And yet, he persists—
Until there is nothing left
But ashes.
