The Immortal Embrace
(A Love Beyond the Measure of Stars)
by Prabir Kumar Gayen
I shall unveil to thee the soul of Radiant Essence,
not passion's whim, but fire without a shore.
In me, thy thirst shall sip the primal wine,
where breath and blaze in sacred fusion meet.
Not hunger, but a vastness more divine—
the bliss that rends the garment of the clay,
And from its stillness, the pathless Way unfolds,
where yielding shapes the form that masters form.
I'll make thee drunk with sweetness not of time,
an ecstasy distilled in aether's womb,
where Chronos fades, and Aeon dreams in hush.
I'll press thy lips with silence born of stars,
and draw thee in like Veil of the Eternal falls.
Thy name shall drown within my mythic breath,
then rise anew, unbounded and unmade.
My breast shall be thy shrine, thy luminous hush.
My touch shall etch thy soul in golden fire
that blooms beyond the orchard of decay.
Thy hidden grief I'll carve in seraph tongue,
a chant once lost in the veils of the unborn Light.
and plant in thee the longing of first light.
Thy form shall melt into its formless core—
a rose unfolding in the breath of stars.
Thou shalt become the seeker in my deep,
but never know if depth is mine or thine.
In sacred throb and wordless Supreme Principle,
we shall transcend the limits set by name.
No guilt shall haunt this Sacred Word of soul—
each breath shall be a gate to veiled domains,
each touch, a chord from heaven's lyre unstruck.
We shall become the answer none can voice,
the Logos burned in radiance on the void.
O Stella, O Light veiled in noēsis,
I am thy song in sorrow veiled,
thy rise within thy fall,
the hush behind thy stars, and the self thou seek'st in all.
And when we meet where Time forgets its name,
in That which Is, not born of breath nor bone—
the silent Brahman through thy soul made flame,
our shadows break and know themselves as One.
Thou shalt be lost in Love's unsounded flame,
and rise—a rhythm born in fire's silent Logos.
