The Journey Of All Great Men Poem by Maximillian Slaughter

The Journey Of All Great Men

I will fade away like memories in an shadowed park
my dreams will disappear like string in the wind
my soul will luminate the darkness in a impregnable box
my feelings will be unraveled by chains of light
and then I will disappear like a far away dream encased in a nightmare
my ideals will be considered then judged
my actions will erode with the sends of time
and then I will have lived.
