In a dream world was I
in the galaxy above
my obsession was poetry
triumphant with love.

My heart was a peaceful heart
at each dawn's early light,
forgetting all the crying years
years of trouble and strife.

For I was a dreamer
there was magic in the yield,
this world was a colourful place
when all was revealed!

My heart was a caring heart
I could never forget
the lovelight we shared
from the evening we met.
