The kid in me wants to laugh
Wants to go all places.
Fears nothing, nothing at all
Enjoys every breath with fun.
He laughed and played all childhood
And likes to keep it same;
Who'll teach him, as life goes on
The world gets totally insane.
The fresh air that he once breathed
Ain't found now-a-days
Do what you may but can't turn back
To those golden early days.
