The Lagoon Poem by Rhonda Baker

The Lagoon

Sitting by a hushed lagoon
Underneath a sliver moon
Day has slipped into night
A golden Eagle takes to flight
Creative juices go to sleep
Packed away all nice and neat
Time to recharge all through the night
And re-ignite in the morning light
