The Last Wish Poem by welkin siskin

The Last Wish

I for one, despite on the way out,
set my heart to the last wishes;
I wish to hold thy hands,
touch the gospel of truth
We pledge on to dwell evermore,
And the eternity we choose together.
I for one, despite on the way out
I crave notthy flesh,
Not the stories happened out of the blues
But I crave thy sonorous voice,
Your being evermore,
Till the unknown gives life to the universe.
The shadows of thine eyes
I shall not hold with me,
I shall hold what's propitious between us: the love of unbroken perpetuities.
