The Home Unseen - Poem by welkin siskin
Where is a quantum spot with no embrowning
Lain around the cosmos periphery seen;
Where is the world that's shunning
Those flaws remained precarious and muddling as din?
Where is the home of no rough and unfair play,
That's shone with the brightness so gay
Confided as surpassing of all,
Lived carefree as the Cenozoic idol?
Unbent with the monitor and into pieces laid,
Tamed not to harness by the blare of crusade,
Where hope begets in every deeds,
Where heart has no cold feet and where pulse makes fearless beats
Where no let-down by virtue of any treachery felt-
Is there on earth as such a belt?
That's hidden beknownst to us?
Passed off with no loss?
That is a place of Life and Beauty,
Where divine sound vibrations vivify human duty.
