The Lies We Believe Poem by totally disturbed

The Lies We Believe

Rating: 5.0

No longer do you write me
No longer do we speak.

You went out of my life so quickly
Was it all just a dream?
All the words that you wrote
And the times we did speak
I still remember all of these things.
I would have done anything for you
I was in love with you
couldn't you see
I thougt that you and I were meant to be.

What a fool, I'm so naive
you were stringing me along
Until you bored of me.
The whole while telling someone
else the same lies as me.

Now no longer do I love
No longer will we speak.
