The light from the sun shines
on our hearts and brightens our
days, it reminds us of our Lord's
victory and claim.
Its beauty cannot be refined,
for it is precious,
our bodies reject it.
But our spirits accept it.
One day we will be made,
new and complete.
So that everyone can see
we belong to Jehovah the Chief.
The sun reminds us of his promise,
when a rainbow appears,
ruling over darkness.
The old becomes new,
the weak become strong.
Waking up those,
who cannot hold on.
