The light

(Poet: YANG-Lin Translated by East Sea Fairy)

The reunion with you happened after I handed over my soul,
With all negritude of the world
Hided in my body.
The wind couldn’t blow out all the cardinal sins for me
And the private desire that I couldn’t show you was burnt completely
You dumped my grief to the ground, so I’ve become your flickering shadow,
Your crystal clear water.
You’re the flame, produced when I put my palms together,
That makes my body and soul unite in one.
Swaying in the flashing blink, you are my oldest address.
When can I return once again to this mortal world
Once I mail myself to you?
