The Longing Poem by Wagner Miranda

The Longing

the river is a bed

for restless feelings rest

your wrists

endless source of a accident

about to never happen

i longed for your words,

prettiest patterns

carefully laid down

on a velvet paved road

that leads me home

I longed for rest

a bed made on your warm breast

I blamed you for my long wait

and the poetry of everything

silently occupies the space you once

called home
