The Lord Walks Among Men Now Poem by Barbara Blevins

The Lord Walks Among Men Now

My flesh is dead the Holy Spirit resides
inside this carcass you see,
The Spirit guiding every step of the way,
speaking words from my mouth, not me!
He shows me signs and great wonders
that amaze my sight.
He has illuminated me,
His spirit manifested inside shining bright
He is warning all lost souls,
now is the time to repent.
The spirit speaking Gods words everywhere
this dead carcass has been sent.
The end is nigh even at the door,
Repent now what are you waiting for.
Trumpets sounding loud,
He'll soon come through that cloud.
New Jerusalem with him he'll bring,
All the saints shall then sing.
And in New Jerusalem forever remain,
For he shall reign.
