The Love We Live For

We live with the one, we do

We don't know

who is for what

But we live for love, we do.



Love flies like a pelican

over the ocean

We long for the gentle breeze

It rare knows to flow

at the spell of our heart

And when it flows we are not there.



We live for love

We live for the one

that can feel the distinct

The one that can open the heart

for us.



A life we spare

But never dare to say

before the one that knocks

It comes like the dew drops of winter

And vanishes

Luring us to gaze at the horizon

Lonely does it fly.



The love we live for is like a rose

It poses

But before it dies we don't realize.
