The Love Within Poem by Dominic Dumarang

I have these questions that tickle on my mind
I tried seeking for answers to relieve uncertainties within my hands
No books, no formulas, no references that could convince me
I asked hundreds of people but no one responded on me

As time goes by, the candle is continuously melting
My desire to be enlightened is gradually fading
All I can do now is to face the world with realism
And witness the truth in the world we are living

I shouted to the world, 'Where is the love? ! "
The vast replied me the echo that I have
It's like it is also finding an answer to my heart
And also struggling to search for the right path

During that moment I began thinking,
What's happening to our world that people must worth living?
And I end up to the scene that all of us are cying
Together with our world that you can notice dying

Who would looks more merciful?
Is it M.E or is it YOU?
Mother Earth who gives anything that we need.
You, who abuse and misuse everything that she gives.

People suck their own blood.
They keep on generating sins that contradict our own blood.
Even the innocent people are also involved,
Because of the nonsense quarrel and the outcome that causes trouble

As I reminisce all of these
My heart beats fast and the temperature began to decrease
The coldness covers the warmness
And my goosebumps come out due to my anxiousness

There are like angels that passed by
That suddenly gave all the answers that I pray and try
Now I have given a chance to be enlightened
To the mankind's question that is only waiting to unravel

To those people that are reading this poem
You should open your heart to get the meaning and be solemn
Because I am doing this for the appreciation of humanity
And to learn how is it be, of being in reality

For those people who are seeking for the truth
All you have to do is to go further yourselves input
Because the answer in our question is within us
Intact inside our hearts just waiting to come out

"The love within"
The answer to the mankind and natures sufferings
If you are asking "where is the love"?
The world wouldn't reply because the answer is within our hearts

This will be the key to open new doors
The love that can unlocked the peace to the whole world
The massive fight between same races can now conclude
Then our wounds will just turned into just living proof.
