The Ltrue Love Test Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

The Ltrue Love Test

A path so clear, a light so bright,
No shadows there to cause a fright.
One choice sings, the others fade,
An easy answer, gently made.

Small drops fall, no flood to fear,
If wrong is chosen, never tear.
The map is drawn, the route is plain,
No hidden twists to cause you pain.

But when no path is there to see,
And only love, the real old key.
When time stretches, a patient test,
To love and truth, give all your best.

All facts laid out, plain to see,
No hidden traps, just you and me.
No risk to take, no hurt to mend,
The choice is easy, till the end.

But sometimes, there's no choice at all,
Just walls that close, and hear you call.
Love tests you hard, a patient art,
To push your soul, to tear apart.

Yet love, if true, will win the fight,
Through darkest days, into the light.
Though months are lost, and patience frayed,
Love conquers all, unafraid.

Though months may pass, a weary fight,
Love's deep roots grow, with all their might.
For even with no choice to make,
Love's quiet strength, your heart will take.
