The Magic Of A Cherry Blossom Tree Poem by Sarah Hollis

i stand underneath a cherry blossom tree
the grass sways in the morning breeze and the flowers dance for me
the petals swirl around me like a sweet melody
and the sun dazzles through and warms my soul
this symphony of nature fills my cup
and i know this moment was meant for me
for in this moment all doubts I had before now melt away and peace takes it's place
as i'm reminded of this peace i am in
my heart whispers
i am loved and safe
and i know the happiness i was searching for was here all along
i smile with gratitude
for i will never forget the magic of a cherry blossom tree
