The Maze Poem by Je'free Y .

The Maze

Usually, you hide in corners,
Guarding your unscarred flesh
Shielding your targeted heart,
And you can not find the courage
To reveal the mysteries
Inside your sacred temple.

Why do you leave footprints
On crooked paths?
Is it to puzzle me, then
Eventually find you?
So that I can eat your dust,
Or hit formidable walls?

If you make another turn,
You could be turning your back on:
A soul transparent as water,
A touch safer than your confines.

Do not shy away from me.
Do not be in the remotest
Of concealment.
If doubt is what I have caused you,
Set it free from the cage of your head.

Run straight to my arms.
Have faith in me,
And I will have faith in myself.
No more lefts and rights,
Nor running around in circles;
Because in the end, you will only
Find me.
